You should start applying from today, a little 10 mins walk every day, will let you feel the difference.

Oh.. thank you for the suggestion. 😊 I thought it must be 30 minutes a day, but I can choose a 10-minute walk. Well, I think I can manage it tomorrow since this time in my country, it is now 11 pm and a time to sleep.😊

There is nothing, that has to be must. Start with anything that you can and do it consistently.
