It's a tough thing to deal with, for those left behind and the person themselves leading up to the decision and the final act. Unfortunately, those remaining behind may never understand and the best we can do is remember the person well.

If one looks hard enough there's often a reason to keep going,but sadly some don't see it. Family is a good reason, but I like to think that each person can find enough within themselves to continue to. Alas, I have lost many to suicide and it always makes me a little angry that they didn't ask for help, (or take it when offered) and that they chose an "easier" path.
