RE: What and where

I can tell you did have a great weekend, even this carried a happy emotion all through. The homemade pizza, my first try was a disaster but I still ate every piece of it.

Hopefully, I can get to see the pizza process in one of your posts.

My weekend was great because I had enough time to rest. We have been battling serious heat, especially at night which has prevented me from having a good night's sleep for about two weeks now but it eventually rained for about an hour which helped me to have a proper sleep so far this weekend.

Saturday was for the presidential election in the country and there was no movement if you aren't voting. I spent the day with my family, I cooked and saw a movie with them as well.

Life is indeed too short for us not to enjoy moments like this, it is good to work but we should take time to always relax and enjoy our personal time.

Yeah man, it was a nice day, relaxing and quite rejuvenating as I've been having long hard weeks these past few. It was nice.

Now I'm waiting for pizza to cook and soon it'll be chow time.

That heat you had sounds bad. We had 42C last week, for most of it, which sucks. I have AC though so can sleep ok. I get grumpy when it gets hot.

The heat is not as bad as that but I have a terrible kind of body that refuses to adapt to heat. It could have been bearable if we had electricity at night.

Running on a power generator is not an option because we now fuel double the price it was about 3 months ago. I can't wait to see the outcome of the pizza.

Yeah, the cost of living is rising exponentially it seems.

I'll not be posting about the pizza I made today, but did one a while back...Here it is.
