After I finished reading the prompt there was one song in my head: Queen's The March of the Black Queen

The song itself may not make much sense but what made me fall in love with it was the orchestration and arrangements. There is a documentary where Roger Taylor says how transparent the tape was because of all the recordings (takes?) they did.
I think that what I love the most are the rhythm changes. It begins like a classical royal piece and then it hits you with a ...I don't know how to describe it. I had never heard anything like it, but it's crazy.
After all that madness comes an angelical slow part, like a coo. It's beautiful and pleasant to the ear. When you're about to fall asleep with that coo, a rocking part comes to wake you up, like when your mother gets into your room, opens the window, turns on the TV, the lights, sits on top of you, just to wake you up (I have to admit that's my favorite part).
And when you think the song is about to end, it surprises you with another great alegro. It's just fantastic!๐

Great song and choice for the topic this week! I've been a big fan of Queen for a long time and whilst the mainstream tracks get so much attention, deservedly so, some of their lesser-known tracks are awesome too, this one included.

Of course I wanted to sing the chosen song, but I have a sore throat and the doctor recomiendes that I should rest My throat for 15 days, that's why I have not published covers. ๐
No singing for 15 days? Oh no! I think you'll miss it greatly although when you start again I'm sure your voice will be as lovely as ever.

I just love Queen. I have a really good friend that feels about Queen the way I do about the Rolling Stones so am quite familiar with their whole body of work (not to mention that I think I owned every Queen LP).
