Exactly....the idea is to avoid processed food as much as possible. We take sugarcane juice disproportionately.....and the body is easy with it...so as jaggery.....

Running is the best and an all-round exercise for me. I run at least 5 KM a day. It also releases happy hormones.

I have very few people around me who never are stressed and lead a healthy and happy life.

Do deep breathing every day for at least 20-30 mins and see the change. 90% of the stress thing is rooted in "how we breathe". Deep breathing, like a newborn baby, is the way to get rid of stress and stay happy from the inside.

For that, we will have to accept things as they are - Acceptance is key to a healthy and happy life.

That's a very good practice, if you can keep up for life, then I guess, you will be always healthy.

for sure......i dont go to gym, but I do run every day.
