To live healthy, you must be active, such as walking, running and physical activity. Apart from this, food should be eaten less and balanced food should be eaten. Nutrition and vitamins should also be considered.

Definitely another good Recommendation. Not one I adhere to all the time. I generally eat fairly healthy, but still often overdo it, and also have my fav junk foods. Everything in moderation they say. I don't subscribe to the complete vegan or other complete strict things. I believe we need to both allow our bodies some "poison" so that it maintains strong defenses to fight these things, and also that without some enjoyment life is not worth living. It's about quality of life for me, not "only" the length. A good mix suits me best, maybe not all.
