Last weekend after the night shift. I decided to have breakfast at Sinar Utama, one of the chicken noodle places. I ate at the branch of the gas station located at Jl. Imam Bonjol No.33, Madras Hulu, Kec. Medan Polonia, Medan City. It's Sinar Utama.
A sunny day after raining all night.
The place is right next to the gas station opposite Tugu Mandiri. The place is clean, they also have a rooftop, but since it was very hot I decided to eat indoors. Food prices start from 25,000 rupiah - 50,000 rupiah.
The place is strategic and there are many people having breakfast after their morning run around this place. I ordered a classic chicken noodle package with coarse noodles and drank iced milk tea.
Chicken noodles is a common Indonesian dish of seasoned yellow wheat noodles topped with diced chicken meat or sometimes wee add mushroom also. In Indonesia, the dish is recognized as a popular Chinese Indonesian dish.
Chicken noodles can be eaten at any time of the day. It can be for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Additional condiments include, fried dumpling skin, pickled chilli, and sambal.
