It's another Saturday and as usual I will be answering a writing topic from weekend engagement topics! Today I wanted to talk about capital punishment, sex before marriage, and the pornography industry being legit! Of course these are just my opinions and you are free to disagree!
Captial Punishment
For those that don't know capital punishment is basically being able to legally kill someone as a punishment for a crime. You may also hear it being called the death penalty!
The official religion of Malaysia is Islam. I would say most people living in Malaysia are Muslim and with that being said it's no surprise the law is quite strict as well. According to Amnesty International (source), Malaysia has 33 offences that are punishable by death which to name some are murder, drug trafficking, treason, waging war against the king, terrorism and many more.
With that being said, capital punishment is very legit in Malaysia and other countries in the world. So what's my opinion on this. Honestly, I'm slightly against it but if the person really deserves it then yeah they should face the death penalty. Like if someone murdered multiple people with no remorse, I don't think they deserve to rot in prison. The reason I'm slightly against it is because it's just an easy way out for someone. I would prefer having them alive and suffer as punishment. If this isn't an option that works, then ok just give them the death sentence.

Sex Before Marriage
Sex before marriage is definitely legit. It's part of the newer generation culture. It's frowned upon if you are in certain religions but people still do it anyways. For me, I don't think there's anything wrong with it as long as you are aware of all the risks. For example, you should be using protection to not get STDs as well as preventing getting a baby especially if you are financially incapable of raising one. Most importantly it should be consensual and the two parties participating are of legal age! There's not much more for me to add on this topic as it's quite straightforward in how I feel about it.

The Pornography Industry
The pornography industry has definitely evolved. Instead of using video platforms that shares tons of different videos and categories like pornhub, they have social platforms like onlyfans now where you can subscribe to specific content creators to have access to their videos. Based on this you can see that it's super legit. Personally, I find nothing wrong with it as long as it's not doing illegal stuff like child pornography.
If people are willing to pay for videos from these content creators I don't see the problem. It's not my problem but I would never understand it. I guess some people are desperate for that extra special connection you get when paying for a subscription.

I thought it would be better for originality as if I didn't do this I would be finding photos from online and sourcing it. I don't really have an opinion about most of these things other than just let people do what they want to do with their free time and leave them alone unless what they are doing harms another person.
The major issue I have with capitol punishment is that it has been discovered many times that the person that was already executed was actually innocent of the crime. I don't have a specific example but I am sure there are a lot of them.
You get the death penalty for drug trafficking in Malaysia? That seems extremely harsh but I bet you don't have a lot of drug trafficking because of this. Certainly the person has to be caught with a lot of the stuff though right?
Oooo that's true there are probably some cases about that . I guess that's a good defense against capital punishment that I didn't really take into account. I guess to counter this, we need clear cut evidence before just giving them this kind of punishment. I think it's ok but now that you mention this it might be a bit difficult so maybe they give a few years to have some counter to their case. but nowadays I feel technology has progressed to a good point so it's not as bad as in the past where there were actually a lot of innocent players.
Yes supposedly you could get the death penalty but you know it's corrupt a bit too lol cause you can probably bribe to get out of it or if you have connections with higher up people. I'm not too sure of all these details but I wouldn't be surprised if it was true :P. If I was actually in that circle I could probably give u more details :P but as someone that is scared of breaking laws like that I just stay away hehe

I support your arguments, in this day and age judging or incriminating someone for having sex before marriage or enjoying pornography without hurting anyone is silly. You have to open your mind and adapt to the times.

In all honestly, I wanted photos for my post but I saw everyone was sourcing photos you know because it's not really easy to actually have photos of these topics available in the phone gallery. I know because I always comment on few posts before I write up my own. well I guess some people might have some spicy content saved on their phone but I don't think any would dare post it publicly :P. That's why I decided hey I'll draw my own cause I can be different from them.
