I don't really have an opinion about most of these things other than just let people do what they want to do with their free time and leave them alone unless what they are doing harms another person.
The major issue I have with capitol punishment is that it has been discovered many times that the person that was already executed was actually innocent of the crime. I don't have a specific example but I am sure there are a lot of them.
You get the death penalty for drug trafficking in Malaysia? That seems extremely harsh but I bet you don't have a lot of drug trafficking because of this. Certainly the person has to be caught with a lot of the stuff though right?
Oooo that's true there are probably some cases about that . I guess that's a good defense against capital punishment that I didn't really take into account. I guess to counter this, we need clear cut evidence before just giving them this kind of punishment. I think it's ok but now that you mention this it might be a bit difficult so maybe they give a few years to have some counter to their case. but nowadays I feel technology has progressed to a good point so it's not as bad as in the past where there were actually a lot of innocent players.
Yes supposedly you could get the death penalty but you know it's corrupt a bit too lol cause you can probably bribe to get out of it or if you have connections with higher up people. I'm not too sure of all these details but I wouldn't be surprised if it was true :P. If I was actually in that circle I could probably give u more details :P but as someone that is scared of breaking laws like that I just stay away hehe
