You have created for us a story that parallels the arc of many myths. An immortal falls in love with a mortal and the divine rule forbids the love. Actually, the story of forbidden love is as old as the human race. You give us the tragic consequence of such a love. One can wish to defy the norm, but in the end, defiance often is not a path to success. Jossie was nowhere to be found and we suspect this will be the circumstance going into the future.

Tsk. An all-powerful godly being a sour grape and getting in the way of other people. He should just let those two love birds alone. What kind of creator is he if he couldn't allow two people in love to be together. I really wished the story ended with Jumo and Jossie being together but I guess somethings are not meant to be.

How sad ... and yet, what a beautiful story ... well done!

A very sad tale, @milezofplay. Anytime someone loves another being who is remote, or out of their league, the result will be despair and pain.
