Inheritance is getting what is willed to you when the person is no more or when the person is willing to hand the stuff over even if he or she is still alive
I have three siblings,my dad works in a very rich company of his own ,my mom was the movie director in like two studios or so.I am the first male child of my both parents and i have an immediate younger and a sister who was born years later .I bet you i still call her a kid. Has the saying goes in the part of the world where I belonged to first child and inherit almost everything he's parents had.So am the first child to someone else that should mean like the world right?? Yeah to me it was different.
I kind of felt I never fitted in among my family,my mom forced me to show up in movies a couple of time and i didn't but the rest of my siblings willingly did it on their own their and were so excited about it .I also had to visit my dad's company a most of the times so he could show me and teach me how most of the stuffs works.But then i was different never actually wanted to care about how all of this worked.
I actually took a different career at my young age, I loved singing so most of the time I had skipped classes just to attend music classes and played the guitar. Once my grade was out and I was one of the failures of my class, came home with my results and i am fun of dressing a little not out of ways,my mom saw it shock her head in disappointments and my dad he came out started ranting at me saying things I already knew before like me not setting a good path for my younger once to follow and all of that and that I wasn't his son that he wouldn't even mind giving all his wealth to his second son alone and the also found AUT about the music classes I attended without their concept ,to crown it all my dad literally hated music.
Those words literally pierced my heart that day though I felt like I loser,I decided I was gonna be more serious at school not cause I wanted his riches mostly cause of myself and my siblings.They stopped giving me extra money unless they were sure of what is was for,so i had to use the money I earned in my acting series to fund for my music i had this female best friend who did help me out a lot tho .
Also I loved building apps and the rest of it .Yeah your right the two stuffs doesn't fit together but that was me anyways. I built may dating app, game app,music apps and i really earned alot of money from it.We started writing a lot of music that is my best friend and i, she came over to my house most times after school through the window and we played songs and recorder it on our phones those were one of my best times tho.
Meanwhile my siblings were in showed up in most movies especially my younger sister ,she became model of many stuffs ,my brother too did act movies most times so the were like the super fans of the house.
I started posting my music online though at first people barely commented or liked it.my best friend and i stared at the system for hours but later the comments and all was very lovely so it gave me more courage to keep singing and recording.Got invited to a show that was kinda like my first show i was very nervous but i had my best friend by my side so I felt less nervous .We went to the show i invited my junior brother was surprised when my mom showed up with him too .The show had like a huge turn up was so fucken glad though .
When i came home thought that was gonna be the end of it my dad was for the first time proud of me though he gave me the encouragement I needed .So i started making my own albums,by the age of 20 i did build my own world.
So if you ask me i don't really feel inheritance as a teenager is getting and claiming what your father had but If you could build a life up to your father standard by doing what you love not what someone forced you to love is amazing .But then I did inherit one thing his wealth by being wealthy too.
Coming from the same parents, siblings can inherit different gifts. The protagonist has inherited the father's drive to create wealth albeit in a different field. Thanks for writing this interesting story on @theinkwell, @uekop2.
