This is the rule that @katharsisdrill established for himself and that we have adopted @stevec and me.
But there is nothing absolute, you are free to set your own rules.
It seems to me that "Mort" as a Manager should be called Mortimer, if he wants to be respected by the managed people ;-)
I'm OK with that rule and Mort has been born. Well, actually he's the manager from 'The Horrors of Kwiksave'. Let's call this a spin-off shit series hehe...
