Now I'm sure that it wasn't intentional change and I'm sure what Jammy said is true from manager and product point of view. BUT their development is a bit messy so some bugs happen, some untested code is released, team has is making many mistakes so they might have no idea what is pushed to production and when. No change log, no updates no transparency

Yea, their pipeline breaks down when it comes to public-facing communication. From hints in comments here and there it comes across as the internal planning is done carefully, but there a barrier between the internal clarity they have about their progress and the way it gets communicated to the outside.
