Buen día, querida comunidad, hoy vamos a preparar una delicia del mar como es una PASTA A LA MARINERA 🦐🦑😱, se trata de una deliciosa receta que aporta una enorme cantidad de nutrientes y de sabor a quien la consume, originaria de Italia donde su plato favorito la pasta la empiezan a combinar con frutos del mar en las regiones proximas a las costas del mar, existen universos de combinación de pasta con los mariscos del mar, yo soy amante del camarón y el pulpo por eso mi receta está basada en esos dos ingredientes más una pasta preparada con tinta de calamar conocido en Portugal como choco, solo queda colocarse el adelantar y a la cocina.

Good morning, dear community, today we are going to prepare a delicacy from the sea such as a MARINERA PASTA 🦐🦑😱, it is a delicious recipe that provides a huge amount of nutrients and flavor to those who consume it, originally from Italy where Their favorite dish, pasta, is beginning to be combined with seafood in the regions close to the coasts of the sea. There are universes of combining pasta with seafood from the sea. I am a lover of shrimp and octopus, which is why my recipe is based on Those two ingredients plus a pasta prepared with squid ink known in Portugal as choco, all that's left to do is get going and get to the kitchen.

250 gr. octopus250 grs. pulpo
500 grs. long pasta500 grs. pasta larga

250 gr. Tomato paste250 grs. pasta de tomate

1 cube of fish or seafood1 cubito de pescado o marisco
parmigiano reggiano cheese optionalqueso parmesano reggiano opcional
sirikaya or tabasco saucesirikaya o salsa tabasco

NOTA: La pasta puede ser la normal o de su preferencia, yo compré una especial que es negra porque viene con la tinta del calamar.

PRIMER PASO / FIRST STEP.

Comenzamos con los camarones, los compré fresco para aprovechar las cabezas y conchas para hervirlo y sazonarlos y aprovechar esa agua para agregarla a la cocción del pulpo y camarones, en resumen aquí pelamos los camarones, cocinamos las conchas y cabeza con sal y cubito de marisco, luego reservamos.

We start with the shrimp, I bought them fresh to take advantage of the heads and shells to boil and season them and take advantage of that water to add it to the cooking of the octopus and shrimp, in summary here we peel the shrimp, cook the shells and head with salt and cube of seafood , then we reserve.




SEGUNDO PASO / SECOND STEP.


Cortamos las verduras y la agregamos a un sartén a fuego medio con aceite de olivo para sofreír, vamos condimentando con sal, papikra y un toque de sirikaya para dar el sabor picante, la sirikaya es opcional al final le agregamos la pasta de tomate y reservamos.

We cut the vegetables and add them to a frying pan over medium heat with olive oil to fry. We season with salt, papikra and a touch of sirikaya to give the spicy flavor. The sirikaya is optional. At the end we add the tomato paste and set aside.






TERCER PASO / THIRD STEP .


Hacemos lo mismo con el camaron y pulpo lo colocamos en un sarten para sofreir a fuego medio, le agregamos el caldo de los camarones y sasonamos yo uso una sal preparada con limon para reforzar el sabor.

We do the same with the shrimp and octopus, we place it in a pan to fry over medium heat, we add the shrimp broth and season it. I use a salt prepared with lemon to enhance the flavor.




CUARTO PASO / FOURTH STEP .


En un sartén a fuego medio vamos a mezclar el guiso de verdura con el camarón y pulpo, cocinamos por unos cinco minutos y reservamos.

In a frying pan over medium heat we are going to mix the vegetable stew with the shrimp and octopus, cook for about five minutes and set aside.





QUINTO PASO / FIFTH STEP.


Preparamos la pasta, en una olla colocamos agua con una cucharadita de sal, cuando esté hirviendo agregamos la pasta por cinco minutos o hasta que este al dente, generalmente al dorso de los paquetes están las instrucciones con el tiempo de cocción, retiramos y colamos.

We prepare the pasta, in a pot we place water with a teaspoon of salt, when it is boiling we add the pasta for five minutes or until it is al dente, generally on the back of the packages there are instructions with the cooking time, we remove and strain.







SEXTO PASO / SIXTH STEP.


Para culminar emplatamos, colocamos en el plato de servir la pasta y encima el guiso de camarones con pulpo, cortamos cebollin para decorar y si desean un toque de queso parmesa como opcional.

To finish we plate, place the pasta on the serving plate and on top of it the shrimp stew with octopus, cut chives to decorate and if you want a touch of parmesa cheese as optional.






Buen provecho y disfruten de estas pasta a la marinera con un buen vino blanco chardonay, excelente opción.
