Good morning, dear community, today we are going to prepare a delicacy from the sea such as a MARINERA PASTA 🦐🦑😱, it is a delicious recipe that provides a huge amount of nutrients and flavor to those who consume it, originally from Italy where Their favorite dish, pasta, is beginning to be combined with seafood in the regions close to the coasts of the sea. There are universes of combining pasta with seafood from the sea. I am a lover of shrimp and octopus, which is why my recipe is based on Those two ingredients plus a pasta prepared with squid ink known in Portugal as choco, all that's left to do is get going and get to the kitchen.

500 grs. long pasta | 500 grs. pasta larga |
1 unit onion | 1 und. cebolla |

4 cloves of garlic | 4 dientes de ajo |
250 gr. Tomato paste | 250 grs. pasta de tomate |
olive oil | aceite de olivo |
salt and pepper to taste | sal y pimienta al gusto |
paprika | papikra |
1 cube of fish or seafood | 1 cubito de pescado o marisco |
parmigiano reggiano cheese optional | queso parmesano reggiano opcional |
sirikaya or tabasco sauce | sirikaya o salsa tabasco |

NOTE: The pasta can be normal or your preference, I bought a special one that is black because it comes with squid ink.

We start with the shrimp, I bought them fresh to take advantage of the heads and shells to boil and season them and take advantage of that water to add it to the cooking of the octopus and shrimp, in summary here we peel the shrimp, cook the shells and head with salt and cube of seafood , then we reserve.
We cut the vegetables and add them to a frying pan over medium heat with olive oil to fry. We season with salt, papikra and a touch of sirikaya to give the spicy flavor. The sirikaya is optional. At the end we add the tomato paste and set aside.
We do the same with the shrimp and octopus, we place it in a pan to fry over medium heat, we add the shrimp broth and season it. I use a salt prepared with lemon to enhance the flavor.
In a frying pan over medium heat we are going to mix the vegetable stew with the shrimp and octopus, cook for about five minutes and set aside.
We prepare the pasta, in a pot we place water with a teaspoon of salt, when it is boiling we add the pasta for five minutes or until it is al dente, generally on the back of the packages there are instructions with the cooking time, we remove and strain.
To finish we plate, place the pasta on the serving plate and on top of it the shrimp stew with octopus, cut chives to decorate and if you want a touch of parmesa cheese as optional.
Bon appetit and enjoy these seafood pasta with a good Chardonnay white wine, an excellent option.
