That is pretty interesting. I don't remember most of my dreams even right after I wake up, so I don't think I would be able to write them down anyway. Working in public education I don't think it is quite as bad as most people make it out to be. It's not perfect, but we are really just doing the best we can with what the government is forcing on us.
Yeah I have only written down 3 of my dreams so far, I've skipped a bunch of them because I don't have time with my son and all that. It's fun to write them down though! I will eventually write some of them to the chain, just gotta get a bunch written and see where it lands.
I think the school system largely depends on where you are living. Overall, the system is modeled after the Prussian military model to produce factory workers and people who think minimally but can repeat random bits of information instead of thinking for themselves.
John Taylor Gatto wrote about it quite extensively and well, and he was a brilliant public school teacher but eventually gave up on the corrupt system.
The school system works beautifully for it's intended purpose - producing drones. For producing critical and free-thinkers though, it is quite poor.
I was a product partially of the public school system myself, and it has sadly only degraded over time.
I'm pretty proud of what we do here in my district. The rules and regulations make it hard sometimes, but we do our best.
