Yeah I think if someone is trying to sell you some bullshit program of self discovery or something, ignore it. But there are other people that are trying to get us to expand ourselves to different potentials and I think something as easy and basic as writing down our dreams can unlock some stuff in our brains! I'm definitely going to give it a try, it can't hurt lol.
My only challenge is that I have to do it on my phone. I don't love that, but it's better than nothing.
