That's good I'm glad that you get a bit of enjoyment out of music for various stages of your day!
One thing I would recommend is trying to move away from audio stimuli for night time. We should, ideally, sleep in a room that is pitch black as well as quiet as possible. That's how our brain is able to fully unwind! A slight white noise like rain when in the natural environment is ok but we should spend time in the quiet I've learned!
