Fever Dream...
My unexplained dream is a reoccurring nightmare when I am ill. I am in a rowboat in a hurricane being tossed about in the monster waves and drowning. I wake gasping and trying not to throw up from the dizzy seasickness feeling. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Yeah I need to write down some of my frequent dreams. I have a couple that I get every so often, I don't remember them right now but when I have them, I wake up thinking "ah I had that one again".
I wonder what that consistent dream means to you mentally. I wonder if you're trying to get over something, that's what it seems like, but you keep getting tossed backwards when you are close to getting to the top and overcoming it.
