Yes, definitely interesting stuff. I find it quite hard to write down my dreams right after waking up, because I'm not fully awake yet. Used to make it a sport to remember many parts of my dream by being silent and motionless right after waking up, then somehow store it somewhere on my conscious mind, with the hopes of creating a link between the subconscious and conscious mind.
Yeah I hear you on that, I do it once I wake up when it's the clearest in my mind. An hour later it's largely done sadly.
Creating the link between the conscious and subconscious is definitely an art form! There are lots of accounts of people allowing themselves to go into a pyschadelic state from meditation and mind focusing. Pretty wild stuff!
Exactly, it's like a different yet kind of familiar world opens in front of us when we're able to create a link between the two, to enter that state at will is probably the peak of mind mastery!
