Hey team, I hope y'all had a great weekend designing and creating your ideal life! My weekend was spent looking at all your kooky drawings and comments, of which there were many.
This week for I asked you to draw yourself doing something you love I wasn't looking for great artistic skill, and you delivered! Your entries were...Well, let's just say anti-good, and that's exactly what I was looking for. I hope you guys and girls had fun. There were some 470 comments left on the topic-announcement post from Friday and so it looks like you guys were happy to get involved.
Anyway, it's time to hand out some hive to a few accounts and that's what this post is about.

Below you can see a pretty terrible drawing I did of me handing out rewards to a few #weekend-engagement entrants. I know, I have an odd number of fingers and one very large ear and eye...It just seemed appropriate to do an anti-good drawing to keep the theme rolling.

Week four of the #weekend-engagement topic was in honour of my dad who passed away a few days ago. I'm sure he's somewhere looking down at me frowning about why I would ask people to draw badly, but also looking at your artistic works and smiling...He would praise you all and encourage you to keep pushing to improve...It was just his way. I think he would be pleased with your work and would have a laugh right along with all of us.

I've enjoyed doing the 2 Friday Filipino Five picks so far. It's nice to hunt for Philippines based material and it's been very good for the engagement also. Thanks for sparking the engagement! Winning is not everything but getting people excited using hive tokens as the key to their motivation and engagement. I have also conducted engagement activities quite regularly.

People shouldn't need any incentive to engage except the reward engagement brings itself, but many do. Those who engage continually and with relevance will push their account, and enjoyment, upwards. People have the choice of what to do and will reap the rewards commensurate to their efforts.

The rewards can come in many, many forms too. Sometimes they don't even seem like rewards in the beginning. Life is strange and connections can occasionally lead in to areas we could never have foreseen. I have seen chance encounters lead to project partnerships, friendships and on a previous site I know a couple who married.
As usual I am being extreme and rambling but life is bizarre and has many twists, who knows, right?
I met a friend on a previous platform through being curated, I became a curater for her on the strength of that one interaction, soon after we hosted Discord curation shows together and from that I ended up with my own weekly show... Like I say one comment can lead to...
I guess taking action if some sort puts a person in a position for something to happen. Sometimes good, sometimes not; One never knows until it actually happens. Doing the right things, having the right attitude, will often lead to an advantageous result though, or a failure that then leads to enlightenment and success.
Also if you are out there 'in the field' where stuff is happening, you have a sporting chance. This is where all human life is happening. We are all familiar with the expression...
"It's not gonna come and knock on the door to find you... Go out and look for it"

I am very happy I took part in this and won something which is going to aid buying of chemicals for the other part of the farm so we don't do manual weeding again. Manual weeding is really stressful and something not easy to do. Thank you Sir.

Well, the spiky hair is a misrepresentation of my actually curly, soft, and luscious hair. But I will give you credits for adding a bit more girth to my meat, since it does look like I have the largest one there. I find it complementary, so I tip my hat to you!
