Well, Texas is back working like normal or close to it but the virus numbers are spiking because of it. We have 50,000 confirmed cases and 1,351 deaths but people are willing to take the risk inspite of any danger of the virus.

yes, my mood is a bit better and I'm working normal again too, but our numbers of new infections here are amost zero and I don't know if it's good what your country's doing, but it's not on me to judge, and if that's what the people want. I only hope that it works, because every corona death is an unneccessary death.

Howdy sir johannpiber! That is awesome news about the virus infections almost being zero there!
Over here we are at 96,000 deaths and many sources say that is way understated, and in Texas yesterday we had our highest number of new infection cases since this whole thing started.
But no one is going to go back to staying inside, they would rather take their chances with the virus. I wish we could see those viruses, I'd shoot em!
I believe that you would shoot them - I can imagine you on a dusty road like John Wayne, and you're surrounded by viruses instead of bandits and you shoot them all 👍🙂

I also hope you are right - yes, things are looking very good here and there are not many new infections - 36 cases in the last 24 hours. We are thinking positive and I do hope like you that there won't be a second wave.

I am confident that there won't be a second wave. Or, if there is one it will be very small even though the media will try to make it sound like another powerful wave is starting.
It looks quite good here - we are very much back to a kind of "normal" life and the numbers of new infections are still about the same as in my other reply, so I think we can hope there won't be a second wave, at least not soon.
And if it should come we all are prepared and know what to do.
Don't get me wrong, but I think it is better to say the situation is bad and the people are scared than to say it is not so bad, because then the people won't care.
