From first-line support experience, I can say one thing for sure - informed people are a whole lot calmer.
Now the question in a decentralized system is - who's responsibility is to inform// to be educated/informed. I think a lot of "users" approach this as being users, and therefore expect a centralized approach of "being informed", not realizing that in a decentralized system THEY are massively a part of the system, and if they don't go out looking for information, educating themselves on how the whole thing operates in the first place then they don't really have anyone else to blame but themselves, sure they might not realize that but.. oh, well..
So, thank you, for being one of the loud voices that get these messages out there, and hopefully, we can have a calmer, more relaxed Hardfork.

This is true and I think it is also who people turn to in times of crises. One of the problems is that some people believe themselves to be informed enough to rally others.
I completely agree. There are some areas that unless a dev working on the code, there is no visibility for users at all - so I have been trying to encourage some more public insight on these things - as uninformed people get restless.
