Hello! Another Brit!
There are tonnes of good guides around for newbies, just that they're all over the chain and difficult to find. That's why I created @newbies-guide as a depositary to put things in one place.
As to this healthcheck list, I'm sure other seasoned users will have a different one but you'll probably find a common theme through them. It's basically all about being honest, original, supportive and engaging. Pretty standard traits in life, but some tend to forget when money is involved.
