Wow... so many things I've learnt from this post

I totally agree with you. Panicking is usually more deteimental than beneficial even healthwise.

There is so much wisdom in what you just said above and i hope to spend more time building a better foundation for my life.

From a position of true panic - I am not sure if much good can be accomplished ever - as there is no control. I have seen some insanity come out of people in chat rooms.
