*Mandalas: A concept or mind map variable. Resource for learning. (Part II)*

The aforementioned thought invites us to take an inner look, understanding that happiness is there, not outside and mandalas invite us to explore our being (our self) and balance it. The function of a mandala in education is to concentrate energies, in this case, those of knowledge together with personal energies. Indirectly in the process of elaboration, the person works provoking and activating the sense of order in his psyche, allowing the student to identify himself with what he does from that center, making his knowledge expand from the inside out and from the outside in.

Below I present the process of elaboration of mandalas for a Social Sciences class that began with the elaboration of an outline in relation to the topic to be developed, which is then presented in a varied way in each example. In the process, the distribution of images is explained in a general way and ordered in a basic way, but always suggesting that it can be done in a more elaborate way and inviting the development of imagination. Then I present several works elaborated by the students of 1st and 2nd year of secondary education.
