In the morning we will find reasons to procrastinate and avoid being productive, if we have no plan to stick to.
Very correct. If you don't plan your next day in the night, the next morning you'll wake up not knowing what exactly to start doing. Planning at that moment seems quite late, as you're supposed to be in action executing the plans you made in the night.
Also we get our best ideas in the evening.
I'm not quite sure about that, as different people get their best ideas at different times of the day. Some people get their best ideas when taking a walk, some when having a shower and so on. So it's quite different for different people. Thanks for coming around!
