They come to the platform on someone's recommendation to register and the problem is that after they are registered they are left very much alone.

I tell you this from experience, I was only told about this because I like to read and then that friend just told me to read and read so you know how it works. Of course it's okay to read and read to know how it works, but you always need that pat on the back to know if you're doing it right or wrong.

I have an alternating account where I help those newcomers or someone I know who are walking around on their own without any help, and I show them how our platform works.

I very much agree with you that the present system gives much room for people to get lost and feel helpless. And thanks for your efforts in remedying the situation. Cheers! Hopefully, communities will help to remove that isolation or at least reduce it.
