Hello @pfunk

I must say that your reasons are just terrible. Project.hope is bringing huge value to both chains.

Just look at contest which this project is suppporting:

Can you find many other communities, which would invest that much time and energy into supporting small users? Please share info about such a communities with us. We surely would like to know.

Attacking leaders of our community only because they are looking for support on both blockchains, avoiding taking sides - it's just so wrong on so many levels.

People like you create more damage than good.

Great, keep bringing Hive value. But as long as you keep collaborating with Steemit, don't expect Hive to reward your posts. Again, this does not apply to whoever you upvote.

Dear @pfunk

But as long as you keep collaborating with Steemit, don't expect Hive to reward your posts

I do not expect hive to reward my post. I expect that HIVE will respect will of those legal stakeholders, who do reward this post.

Again, I'm here to SERVE our PH community. This is role of true leader. And our commnunity will is to be neutral (you can read yourself all those comments in this topic, quite many of them).

At the end of the day, people like us are final Customers. And if you put conflict of wealthy and powerful people aside - then STEEM and HIVE are nothing but tools. Which are offering some utility for it's users.

And we want to enjoy that utility being offered, without being targetted for political reasons. Reasons which have nothing to do with any of us.

If your goal is to help HIVE to grow, then you (hopefully) will understand this point of view. And instead of targetting valuable initiatives and work coming from valuable users - you will instead find ways to support their efforts.

Simply because success of strong communities like PH is aligned with success of hive/steem/blurt or whatever else blockchain out there will be forked from steem.

Yours,
Piotr

I do not expect hive to reward my post. I expect that HIVE will respect will of those legal stakeholders, who do reward this post.

You've been using Steem and now Hive long enough, you should know by now that post payouts are pending stakeholder votes until they're 7 days old. Nothing's guaranteed until then, and downvotes exist to allow stakeholders to modify pending rewards downwards. It's our inflation, after all.

Not attacking community. Downvoting collaborators' posts. Hive shouldn't be rewarding people who are collaborating with an illegitimate blockchain solely controlled by a child who is being actively hostile towards it.

Dear @pfunk, being honest I understand that you are angry with people with whom they are having a conflict that does not diminish and that in turn hurts both chains.

Now, do not see Project HOPE as an enemy, our commitment from the beginning of this project is with the community not with the elites, our commitment is to promote the growth of users around the world for whom the coins we receive here represent the livelihood of the family.

When I met @crypto.piotr I was about to leave Steemit, however he supported me from the beginning of 2019 until now, that support made my commitment grow and now I try to do the same with those who arrive.

Thanks to the support of this project, I was able to found a program called HOPE DAY through the @hope.venezuela account, this program right now is supporting children in Venezuela with food.

https://hive.blog/hive-148441/@hope.venezuela/5nemfy-1-hive-and-your-upvote-can-make-a-difference-day-of-hope-update

In conclusion, our intention has been and will continue to be to remain neutral to any conflict and focus on helping people, that is the spirit of this project, I hope you can understand that behind this project there is much more.

Behind this project there is HOPE!

Thanks friend!

All change brings turbulence. So it involves having a certain degree of objectivity in these matters.
I don't see anywhere that PH is biased towards one chain or the other. The bias is directed towards the users that in the projecto.hope community we make life. There is no doubt that many users are surviving in this crisis thanks to a project that has allowed through steemit and now also through hive, by means of the resources that we, the content creators, generate. And this is a way to reach many sites around the world, and have a positive impact on different people.
The activity of the Community shows it, permanent interaction between users, frequent publications, it has been possible to build something good, from that project that was first developed by @crypto.piotr and @juanmolina, that has arisen with the intention of helping a few and currently the support is for hundreds of users.

I have helped with the entrance to Hive of dozens of users, guided them throughout this process of incorporation without any economic interest, I create content to facilitate the process of incorporation and that they remain. And I will continue to do so, because I believe in this. It does not have to do with the war between both powerful parties, much less with biases, it has to do with something new that many are joining with great hope, but actions against a community like this, I think it can not give a good picture of the platform.
I respect your point of view @pfunk, but I don't share it...

Dear @pfunk I respect your opinion as well as that of any of the parties, however, I cannot share your reasons at all and explain why.

I am since the year 2017 publishing in these blockchain and currently in HIVE, in all this period of time and until this very year that I met and joined the community of @project.hope, I had not been taken into account at all, nor by any strong investor or whale that would like to support my work which is education in branches like blockchain, cryptomonics, trading and operation of platforms like this. Only PH and @crypto.piotr took me into account, in a disinterested way, gave me courage and has helped me in all this time, has motivated me to continue here and has supported me in facing the difficult situation of country Venezuela.

Only because of a conflict that does not concern us as (SMALL FISH) I think it is totally unfair to attack the community in this way, just because they can do it due to the power they have, the pillar of the community and the platform are the users and by attacking it together with their collaborators it is harming all the small ones that we publish here and make life.

Because they don't care about supporting this type of community, helping those who don't have much visibility, growing, undertaking their own initiative with creativity, making contributions, this for me is more important. Where is the DECENTRALIZATION of the chain and the free will? We do not harm anyone, we cannot and we are not interested in doing so, because we only want to support the most needy, so that they grow on the platform, so that they create projects, so that many of these people that we teach bring many more, teach them how HIVE works and the adoption of it grows. Instead they decide to harm those who remain neutral and who only continue to do their work. SUPPORT USER CONTENT

It is really unfortunate to see this, with all the respect that @pfunk deserves and I have also admired their great work and I hope they continue to have successes, but I cannot at any time support such abuse of power.

Downvoting “collaborators'” posts is attacking the community. Worse: It gives the whole chain a bad name.

@pfunk, Brother.
I met you years ago at Openmic, in Lucy's posts you always received credit for your great work on steemit.
I learned to admire your work on the platform.

I am Venezuelan and like many of my friends I started steemit making music. The community of Venezuelans find in Steemit an important source of income (I do not know if you are aware of the economic situation in my country).
In my particular case I had the joy of meeting Piotr and we founded Project Hope.

You have no idea how many people and families benefit from PH. I mean the real possibility of bringing food to our table, brother.
We have also developed very strong bonds of friendship.

Project Hope only seeks to remain neutral in this dispute because the future of those Venezuelan families depends on our future as a community.

Don't think that we are supporting thieves. We are really supporting content creators.

That's great, but collaborators are going to get downvoted. Not the posts they upvote, mind you, but their own posts.

I respect your decision because I suppose that it is the product of reflection and deliberation. I am sure it is not a random event.

It is a policy assumed by you and other powerful users like @theycallmedan.

You are people who have known how to win the admiration and respect of the users. Hopefully, our more than 1K subscribers do not misinterpret your actions, since it is painful to see how our beloved community is attacked.

I respect your decision, although I cannot support it.

Hi @pfunk, I hope you can answer this other question of mine:

As you know, we got the 200K SP delegation for a month from stinc, which we've used to reward our content creators inside and outside PH.

Well, this delegation will be taken from us from June 1, since we were not selected for another delegation period (apparently we do not meet stinc expectations).

Perhaps it is possible that this downvote decision that affects @project.hope will be changed from June 1, since we would not be collaborating with stinc anymore?

I also want you to know that you can count on us as a small growing community, to accompany any initiative you undertake at HIVE and that is in favor of the growth of all users and the entire ecosystem.

Your friend, Juan.

I have started to power down my SteemIt account.

And more and more my desire to power down Hive as well grows in me.

Vengefulness and mob justice is not a good signal to send to your investors.

Both chains have shown that they can and will remove funds from an account at the snip of a hard fork. Both chains have shown that “Funds Not Are Safu”

It all leave the bad taste of “Will I be next”
