Sou grata ao meu técnico por isso, acho que passei do ódio de uma prova pra o amor em outra , tudo que eu achei horrível fazer estava fazendo em dobro distância altimetria, dificuldade e adivinha ?
I'm grateful to my coach for that, I think I went from the hatred of one test to love in another, everything I thought it was horrible to do was doing in double distance altimetry, difficulty and guess what?
Saiu uma prova muito boa onde corri feliz sorrindo e tive um grande presente , ganhei um amigo da corrida , foram horas de provas e muito aprendizado e que mais para frente deus irá cruzar de novo. Vocês já fizeram amizade dentro da corrida que parecia muito antiga ? A very good race came out where I ran happily smiling and had a great gift, I got a friend from the race, it was hours of tests and a lot of learning and that later God will cross again. Have you ever made friends inside the race that seemed very old?
Finalizei minha primeira maratona e minha primeira maratona em trilha , muito feliz e realizada. Não foi fácil , cansou tive as dores tudo , porém muito feliz.
Recomendo quem quer se surpreender com paisagem essa prova é perfeita.
I finished my first marathon and my first marathon on trail, very happy and accomplished. It wasn't easy, I got tired, I had all the pains, but very happy.
I recommend anyone who wants to be surprised by the landscape, this test is perfect.
