I actually do a split most week. So I combine back/biceps one day. Then chest/triceps another day. Both of which include like 6 different exercises for each muscle.
Then I do legs on the third workout and take a day off after to recover. Last workout of the week is shoulders/arms (both biceps and triceps).
I do abs every day I'm at the gym now. I also try to mix in some forearms exercises most days.
ππ wow, that sounds like a great split routine. it's so cool that u see that good of results like that! maybe your bi's saw that u went full bald, so they were like.. ok, we'll just add that bit of growth to your arms! :P
