I too remember the absurdity of the low fat high carb diet that was promoted by western governments that is still promoted. It's the exact opposite of a healthy diet and what will help you lose weight. And also the suspect promotion of western produced seed oils and the demonization of coconut oil which is loaded with health benefits.

People are brainwashed and they need to try out these changes on their own and think for themselves, trust themselves and see what actually works. The human body isn't adapted to eat flour and sugar, it wants protein and fat to operate healthily.

I guess the protein and fat industries didn't lobby well enough to get included more in this chart but yes, I think that almost no one looks at this and thinks that it is a good idea but as a kid I totally took it to heart

I found out that eating is just pure math.calore intake-calorie spending and thats it.well,since i train i try to eat a certain amount of certain foods but yeah...it is rather aimple,but thaught wrong

Calorie intake definitely is a major factor in whether you lose weight or not.
