RE: Being physically active will raise your confidence levels

I'd agree with you if I hadn't gotten any gains at all. They were very slightly exaggerated this one time. I straight-up agree with you that it was a weak move and you can bet I won't feel the need to do it again. In the original and edited photo both there is a stark difference compared to my 140lb self who never stepped into a gym before.

Before and after the edit.

Sure, it was lame to do. I'm ready to move on from it.

This next photo is from before I started strength training.

You are smart for telling me to cut the edits, trust me I agree with you there. However, you cannot say I have failed to grow during this period of training. The message I was trying to put out there is still the same. Don't be a lazy bum and do something to better your body so it doesn't crumble away earlier than it has to. I stand by that just have to go about it better in the future.

I honestly didn't think anybody cared this much about my gym pics.

Really not the point.
While it has no impact on my life how big your muscles are (unless of course you are going to help me move), it's disingeous, on a platform where this is an ongoing problem, it's just not good.

I agree. Especially from someone who gets visibility already and apparently, people listen to.

Lol. This is hilarious you should be a comedian.
