Things I never expect a Brit to say
lol! so true... but to be honest you'll rarely hear a Brit say "its a lovely day out there". Its always too hot or too cold or too wet or too dry or too flippin' windy!
Complaining about the weather is practically a national pastime!
er... nope! I guess pit zips are a deluxe feature not available on my coat. I wore it on tonights run and it was comfortable at Zero degrees C. When its above 10C I'm gonna struggle, but if it is warmer than that then I probably won't wear the coat at all.
The coat is more of a mandatory kit item for the race, and hopefully it'll stay in my backpack unused!

Er... my race is in 14 days, 9 hours, 26 minutes and 42 seconds
But no, I'm not counting down...I'm not nervous or worried or panicking or questioning my decision in the slightest!

But in all honesty, you're going to be fine. You've trained. You know how to pace yourself. Keep your goal in mind and just keep looking after yourself.
