I just finished a 7.796km running that lasted about 0hh:46mm:58ss !
Todays run was just a quick one before work. It was meant to be light and easy, but to be honest, my legs felt surprisingly tired and lethargic. Surprising because I have cut back on the distance I have run this week, and yet that single run I did a few days ago at a higher pace has seemed to take much longer to recover from than when I chose to run a significantly longer distance than usual.
Something to bear in mind for future training sessions I suspect.
Anyway, after 15-20 mins the muscles seemed to eventually loosen off and I got into to a relaxed rhythm. The route for today was a lap around the village, and by the time I completed the first lap my legs seemed to have a bit more life in them so I did a 2nd (smaller) lap resulting in 7.8km in total.
As for the weather, it was nice and bright and cheerful out there today. It was a cool 5C which was nice, but once again I struggled with the bright sunshine, I still haven't got any sunglasses yet!

Nice activity! I'm not that good at running but I can walk without any direction a whole day. I walked like 50 km in the last 4 days!

I might be! Who knows? Even though I have a lot of strength in my legs, I tend to get tired pretty fast. Maybe I just need a little training ☺️
I've managed to stick to it for another week this week. The elevation looks good where you are. Our house is on top of what is possibly the only sodding hill in Norfolk :D The circuit I've picked for Couch25K drops 60 - 70ft at the half way point and I'm finding lugging my tubby backside back up is a struggle. I need to find a flatter route.

That is unfortunate! The more often you do it, the easier it will get! If running up it is difficult then determined walking is fine (no stopping to catch your breath halfway 😉)
