I've managed to stick to it for another week this week. The elevation looks good where you are. Our house is on top of what is possibly the only sodding hill in Norfolk :D The circuit I've picked for Couch25K drops 60 - 70ft at the half way point and I'm finding lugging my tubby backside back up is a struggle. I need to find a flatter route.

That is unfortunate! The more often you do it, the easier it will get! If running up it is difficult then determined walking is fine (no stopping to catch your breath halfway 😉)
