Been getting a couple 20-30min sessions in a week. I’m lifting a lot lighter than I used too, and being sure not to overdo it. They’ve got pretty good base strength over the years, so that definitely helps I reckon.

Also try get the weights in around the lighter training days, and not too close to the long runs or higher intensity stuff. Bit of a juggling act !LOL !LUV
