yeah, i was kind of surprised to find out how widespread this undesirable after-affect of running was. When I discovered that it was very common it kind of set my mind at ease although I am surprised to hear that it happens to people in their 20's as well. If that is normal then I am happy to hear that as well. Thanks for commenting.
