Your reasons are very valid but one thing is, people who go ahead to have children as some sort of motivation and push, already have their life planned out in several aspects. The child is a catalyst for growth that acts as a motivation to keep them going otherwise they would just be laid back.
They are already planned out for life just not motivated enough to go through with it. It is quite different when they have children by chance.
People who have children by chance are often reckless and would most times fail to rise to the occasion of parenting. But you see the one who makes the decision and plan towards becoming a parent? They are often time prepared for anything.

I like how you gave me the instances and the outcome of each situation. From the above indication, it's fairly obvious that just having kids by chance isn't exactly a good step to take.
However, those that prepared themselves for the adventure before having kids usually have more chances of getting it right once kids start coming.
