Actually, it’s important to adapt yourself. Like it seems cold and warm, so appropriate clothes that don’t heat you up or leave you exposed to cold is needed.
Oh God, I suffer from that congestion, its irritating, keeping chewing the throat soothing candies often.
Also, to warm your body up, it’s important to have some outdoor exposure, walk or exercise. I need it, else I feel lethargic. You have to boost your spirits up.
Yess… nice clothes that keep your temperature balanced is good, eating nicely is good, balanced again. I do that, because it adds more tste to my life(:

December is exciting… feels like hols… and I picture joy, love and generosity and Santa… feel like a kid again!
