This is my 33 attempt in FreeWriting conducted by @mariannewest. Today's topic might bring out some of my fantasies. So many people can relate to today's topic.
Day 877: 5 Minute Freewrite: Sunday - Prompt: loathing

Loathing is of many forms but self- loathing is most destructive one. It was found that thirty-seven percent of professionals had low self-esteem and 51 percent had low levels of self-confidence. Other recent studies suggest that as much as 60 percent of Americans have low self-esteem. Others who have low self-esteem include veterinarians, pastors, and high school students.
The ability to hold you- self and others to account is difficult enough, but to be put in a position of having to acknowledge your own flaws, allow you self to be criticized is very difficult. People with low self-esteem have low self-confidence and both cannot be taken for granted.
Thus, the ability to feel this sense of self-confidence and get your own way with it when you're told not to is paramount. The ability to do this with a job or school or your loved one is even more important. The ability to learn to feel positive about the days you have and not feel like you have nothing, is very important. Another part to this is to learn how to grow in this way as time goes on.
