Yesterday's @liotes mission made me reflect a little on the new phase and the tasks I'm committed to carrying out, which in this case is to integrate new people into Hive, the much-feared difficulty that we all know Hive has, which is bringing in new people and getting them interested, staying and posting or at least using our microblogs, or posting photos via @liketu, being something simpler if we can say so. The Liotes project's question was precisely what was the biggest challenge that Hive could face or, in this case, still faces.
My answer was spot on, I didn't even have to think much and it's exactly this fact, people don't join, even though they do the same on web2 and here at Hive they will do it and receive in crypto for that, in addition to all the knowledge and friendships they can gain, if your integrated member posts at least the introductory post, it would already be a great victory. But, even though it's difficult, I think we need to persist, we need to keep trying to bring people in, this will be good for the entire ecosystem, and besides, if we're here, we want other people to have the same opportunity too.
That's what persistence is, it's about continuing even when everything seems lost, when the challenge seems bigger than ourselves. I think that even with all the adversities, we should keep moving forward, improve our approach, the integration content, do something virtual, a video call, send audios, create some different material that captures people's attention, whether they already have experience in the crypto world or not. We can always try to do something different to accomplish this feat of bringing new people to Hive and helping them get to know it at least a little bit. Maybe they'll like this new thing in their lives?
Persistence in continuing, in chasing after the person and even if they disappear, trying to say hi and see if we can start a conversation, asking how they are, if they're excited to create their first post or if they find it all too complex. May we have the serenity to not just accept this and not give up on this person. Maybe our persistence (along with persistence) is all they need at the moment. May we have this joy of seeking out new people for our communities, new opportunities and friendships. Persistence may be the key to overcoming Hive's biggest challenge.

A missão do liotes de ontem me fez refletir um pouco sobre a nova fase e as tarefas em que estou empenhado a realizar, que no caso é efetivar a integração de novas pessoas para a Hive, a tão temida dificuldade que todos sabemos que a Hive possui, que é trazer pessoas novas e fazer com que elas se interessem, ficando e postando ou pelo menos que utilizem os nossos microblogs, ou postem fotos pelo liketu, sendo algo mais simples se assim podemos dizer. A pergunta do projeto Liotes era justamente qual era o maior desafio que a Hive poderia enfrentar ou no caso que ainda enfrenta.
Minha resposta foi certeira, nem precisei pensar muito e é justamente esse fato, as pessoas não entram, por mais que elas façam o mesmo na web2 e aqui na Hive elas irão fazer e receber em cripto por isso, além de todo o conhecimento e amizades que elas podem conseguir, se o seu integrado postar pelo menos o post de introdução, já foi uma grande vitória. Mas, mesmo sendo difícil, acho que precisamos persistir, precisamos continuar tentando trazer as pessoas, isso irá fazer bem para todo o ecossistema, além de que, se estamos aqui, queremos que outras pessoas também tenham a mesma oportunidade.
A persistência é isso, é continuar mesmo quando tudo parece perdido, quando o desafio parece maior do que nós mesmos, acho que mesmo com todas as adversidades, devemos continuar em frente, melhorar a nossa abordagem, o conteúdo de integração, fazer algo virtual, uma videochamada, mandar áudios, criar algum material diferente que capte a atenção das pessoas, sejam aquelas que já tem uma experiência no mundo cripto ou não, podemos tentar sempre fazer algo diferente para realizar essa façanha que é trazer novas pessoas para a Hive e ajudá-las a conhecer pelo menos um pouco, vai que assim elas gostam dessa novidade em suas vidas?
Persistência em continuar, em correr atrás da pessoa e mesmo que ela suma, é tentar dizer um oi e ver se encaixa alguma conversa, se pergunta como ela está, se está animada para criar a sua primeira postagem ou se ela achar tudo muito complexo, que tenhamos a serenidade de não somente aceitar isso e não desistir dessa pessoa, talvez a nossa insistência (juntamente com a persistência) seja tudo o que ela precisa no momento. Que tenhamos essa alegria de buscar novas pessoas para nossas comunidades, novas oportunidades e amizades. A persistência pode ser a chave para vencermos o maior desafio da Hive.
