Hard to tell what's going on here. When I saw your DV of jelly's Splinterlands Barrel post (which I thought was a great post), I assumed you were maliciously downvoting him. After reading through some of the history, it now seems that he brought this on himself, by assuming the role of 'policeman' and seeking to enforce his own version of anti-abuse policies (or maybe trying to call attention to inconsistent application of hivewatcher's anti-abuse policies?).
In any event, all of this confirms my own dislike for the way DVs currently function. DV wars don't seem to benefit anyone, and cause a lot of collateral damage (similar to real wars, in that respect).
I can tell you what is going on here. This jelly-guy started as a little policeman a downvote-crusade only against german speaking and publishing accounts due to whatever and without any real discussion with this accounts,then he insulted a lot of free thinking and blogging people, calls people from Switzerland, Austria and Germany "the most toxic community" (he dont speak german by the way-as far as i know), he does one stupid misrepresentation and assumption after another, makes ridiculous speculations about phonenumbers, my second accounts (i only have one) and general motivations, then he tries to construct a german-czech conflict which is just ridiculous and goes on with his crusade and downvotes constantly by calling the downvotes he gets due to his behaviour "malicious".
The only toxic and malicious person in this game is this jelly-guy, nobody here understands his problems and he should solve them somewhere else.
I use my downvotepower not very often, the blockchain can tell you, last ones are more then one year ago even more, and nobody needs downvote wars.
But till he stop his stupid crusade he will get downvotes from me of course.

That why you get another downvote, all of your words are in the blockchain, nobody wants to keep you silent. But if your only aim is insulting people, then you have to live with the downvotes. And there is no "their system".
