I was taught there was a connection between Mark Twain and Halley's Comet when I went to school. According to Google search his birth and death roughly coincide. To be honest whenever I think of Mark Twain I am always reminded of how he was portrayed on Star Trek: TNG.

Mark Twain was also in The New Adventures of Lois & Clark from the 1990's.
I watched that series but as a fan of Lex Luthor and the other evil geniuses. I remember H.G. Wells but I don't remember seeing Mark Twain as a character. I must have missed that episode somehow.

They had an episode involving time travel. I forget who was the villain. It might been a group of episodes.
Yes, several episodes. The villain was Tempus and he was Superman's version of The Master from Doctor Who. Now you've got me thinking about setting aside some time to rewatch those episodes.
Yeah, that arch might be the best part of the show. Wow, like The Master. I didn't know that. Too bad they made the Doctor a woman now.
