Taking and making time for self-care is so very important and much underrated IMO. How are you supposed to work, help, teach, you-name-it if you have no energy left?
It must be hard and hard for me to imagine not knowing when you have electricity and working around it but - you are doing it, you are succeeding. So, yes to
be grateful for what you have and keep going, no matter how difficult it may seem.
Keep on going, Ernesto and keep your beautiful cats a cuddle from me. Luna has, indeed, interesting coloring.
I try to stay positive and see the bright side of things. Teaching and maintaining some creative projects help me a lot not to think too much, but without a doubt, my people are going through very difficult times. It's very complicated. Your comment has made me happy, knowing that someone so far from my reality responds with empathy and understanding is the greatest form of humanity. Thank you for reading me. Best wishes and have a lovely day!
