I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, so as I mentioned before, I took the day for myself. This day off was more than necessary. I felt exhausted and the situation was becoming more desperate each day. My job and travels are exhausting, but I tried to make today as productive as possible. I woke up very early, knowing I would have few hours of electricity. The first thing I did was make coffee and sit down to review my to-do lists, accompanied by some music.

As expected, the electricity went out. Not knowing when it would come back, I decided to turn off the laptop in case I needed to charge my phone later. I took that time to play with my cats. Throughout the month of November, I have taken some beautiful and interesting photos that I want to share with you. Additionally, I was surprised to see that one of my cacti had small round red fruits. I hope to see flowers soon.

Moments of the Day and Achievements
I continued my streak on Duolingo and now have 487 consecutive days. I am very happy to be close to reaching 500 days. I also took a few minutes to read a bit. I am rereading "Love in the Time of Cholera". Although it is not one of my favorites, I find some parts of the book interesting. Before reading, I was replaying Final Fantasy V. I am barely halfway through, but I consider it a great game, very extensive, and perhaps one of the most complex in the series.
Continué mi racha en Duolingo y ya tengo 487 días consecutivos. Estoy muy contento de estar cerca de alcanzar los 500 días. También tomé unos minutos para leer un poco. Estoy releyendo "El amor en los tiempos del cólera". Aunque no es de mis favoritos, encuentro algunas partes del libro interesantes. Antes de leer, estuve rejugando Final Fantasy V. Apenas voy por la mitad, pero lo considero un gran juego, muy amplio y quizás uno de los más complejos de la saga.
Even though it was a day off, I couldn't help but advance a bit in planning my classes. I am teaching about the lithosphere and enjoyed making a drawing of the Earth's layers. Here is a photo of the drawing.

Looking back, I sometimes feel that my life is very monotonous and sad, and the electricity situation doesn't help. However, I must be grateful for the things I have achieved, even if they are few, they were done by myself. Although November is ending and my plans are still halfway, I keep working little by little. Sometimes I get discouraged, but I know I must be grateful for what I have and for having someone who, even from afar, cares about me.
Mirando en retrospectiva, a veces siento que mi vida es muy monótona y triste, y la situación de la electricidad no ayuda.
