Era de noche cuando observé en el estado de WhatsApp de una amiga una invitación a un taller sobre procesos administrativos dirigidos a docentes, administrativos y obreros, haciendo referencia a los empleados públicos que laboran en las escuelas. Aunque ya no pertenezco a este sector laboral porque renuncie hace años, todo lo que es administrativo me llama la atención y cuando vi la publicidad ni siquiera recordé que estaba orientado a esos profesionales 😁 simplemente decidí asistir.
Bien temprano me levanté, ya que el taller lo iban a dar en otra ciudad y debía agarrar varios autobuses, me fui vestida de Licenciada en administración mi último grado universitario 😅, con una blusa de vestir y mi cabello arreglado, además de accesorio llevé una catera pequeña de cuero que uso para eventos formales, estaba emocionada por cambiar la rutina del día, y también por conocer el lugar donde darían el taller, eso queda en CEPROARAGUA en la avenida las Delicias en Maracay, Venezuela y me gusta esa zona porque tiene mucha naturaleza mezclada con centro comerciales y arte callejero.
It was night when I saw in the WhatsApp status of a friend an invitation to a workshop on administrative processes aimed at teachers, administrators and workers, referring to public employees who work in schools. Although I no longer belong to this labor sector because I resigned years ago, everything that is administrative calls my attention and when I saw the advertisement I did not even remember that it was oriented to those professionals 😁 I simply decided to attend.
I got up very early, since the workshop was going to be held in another city and I had to catch several buses, I went dressed as a Bachelor in administration my last university degree 😅, with a dress blouse and my hair fixed, besides my accessory I wore a small leather bag that I use for formal events, I was excited to change the routine of the day, and also to know the place where they would give the workshop, that is in CEPROARAGUA in Las Delicias avenue in Maracay, Venezuela and I like that area because it has a lot of nature mixed with shopping malls and street art.
Caminando cerca de lugar por medio de las caminerías, a lo lejos divisé una pareja de humanos muy guapos los dos caminando con otra pareja de perros hermosos, e inmediatamente les tomé una foto y todos estábamos en marcha, me sorprendió el resultado de la foto tan nítida, mientras le tomé la foto dije en voz alta, “le tomaré una foto a estas bellezas” 😁😂 y ambos me devolvieron una sonrisa. Ellos no vieron el resultado, me sorprendió lo atrevida que fui, lo bueno es que inmortalicé el momento y todos terminamos con una sonrisa.
Cuando llegué me encontré con personas conocidas y excompañeras de trabajo, ellas se asombraron al verme allí 🤭 y yo también de encontrarlas. El taller duró 4 horas, donde recibí información de valor, refrescando mis conocimientos. Durante este tiempo nos dieron refrigerio, café, torta, y galletas. La verdad me sorprendió mucho que dieran alimentos porque el taller era gratuito. Todo estaba divino. 😆.
Walking near the place through the walkways, in the distance I spotted a couple of very handsome humans both walking with another couple of beautiful dogs, and immediately I took a picture of them and we were all going, I was surprised the result of the picture so sharp, while I took the picture I said out loud, “I will take a picture of these beauties” 😁😂 and they both smiled back at me. They didn't see the result, I was surprised how daring I was, the good thing is that I immortalized the moment and we all ended up with a smile.
When I arrived I met with acquaintances and former colleagues, they were amazed to see me there 🤭 and I was also surprised to meet them. The workshop lasted 4 hours, where I received valuable information, refreshing my knowledge. During this time we were given refreshments, coffee, cake, and cookies. I was really surprised that they gave food because the workshop was free. Everything was divine. 😆.
Una cita con la que comenzó el taller es la siguiente:
“Las acciones legales no funcionan por sí solas, deben ser impulsadas por los ciudadanos”
Con esta oración se inicia una reflexión sobre el proceder de las personas. No basta con quejarnos, reclamar nuestros derechos y alzar la voz, deben existir procesos administrativos para activar las acciones legales correspondientes y así, ser resuelta o satisfecha nuestra necesidad y/o demanda.
En el taller aprendí y refresqué para qué sirve el acta, informe, memorándum, amonestación, citación y solicitud de permiso, tomando en cuenta su presentación y la diferencia entre ellas. A continuación, en modo resumen, explicaré cada una.
Acta: Es un documento donde se deja constancia de un hecho que puede ser entrevistas, reuniones por dos o más personas. Debe tener: día, fecha, hora, lugar, personas involucradas, descripción de las actividades o acuerdos, sellos y firmas de todos.
Informe: Es un relato de situaciones o actividades cumplidas y va dirigido a una persona en particular.
Memorándum: Es un medio de comunicación usado en la administración pública o privada, para exponer hechos o instrucciones y recordar esas tareas.
Amonestación: es un regaño, je, je, je, que puede ser oral o escrito y viene de parte de un superior en el cargo, o jefe.
Citación: Es una cita donde se le informa a una persona que debe comparecer en un acto determinado, y lo más seguro es que estarán supervisores presentes.
A quote with which the workshop began is the following:
“Legal actions do not work on their own, they must be driven by citizens”
With this sentence begins a reflection on how people proceed. It is not enough to complain, claim our rights and raise our voice, there must be administrative processes to activate the corresponding legal actions and thus, be resolved or satisfied our need and / or demand.
In the workshop I learned and refreshed what the minutes, report, memorandum, reprimand, citation and request for permission are for, taking into account their presentation and the difference between them. In the following, I will explain each of them in brief.
Minutes: It is a document where a record is made of an event that may be interviews, meetings by two or more people. It must have: day, date, time, place, people involved, description of the activities or agreements, seals and signatures of all.
Report: It is an account of situations or activities accomplished and is addressed to a particular person.
Memorandum: It is a means of communication used in public or private administration, to expose facts or instructions and remind those tasks.
Reprimand: is a scolding, heh, heh, heh, which can be oral or written and comes from a superior in office, or boss.
Citation: It is an appointment where a person is informed that he/she must appear at a certain event, and most likely supervisors will be present.
Después de que terminó el taller, algunos docentes decidieron bajar y tomarse un café en la cafetería que está dentro del espacio donde dictaron el taller. Yo me fui porque ya era mediodía y debía hacer otra diligencia en la ciudad antes de regresar a mi casa, pero me dio tiempo de caminar algunas cuadras y recrearme con las vistas. Terminé llegando de noche a casa con mucha hambre, pero feliz del día tan productivo que tuve. ☺️
After the workshop ended, some teachers decided to go downstairs and have a coffee in the cafeteria that is inside the space where the workshop was held. I left because it was already noon and I had to run another errand in the city before returning home, but I had time to walk a few blocks and enjoy the view. I ended up arriving home at night with a lot of hunger, but happy with the productive day I had. ☺️
Que refrescante ver que Maracay se conserva atractiva y llena de vitalidad. Aunque solo la conozco por visitas de corta duración, de las cuales hace ya muchísimo tiempo, siempre fue grato pasear por sus calles y avenidas.
