La mayoría de las personas siempre estamos buscando el equilibrio en nuestras vidas. En lo económico, en la salud, en las relaciones familiares y también con nuestras parejas. Luego de un entrenamiento de domingo, que fuimos con la familia, nos dispusimos a realizar ejercicios de equilibrio luego de correr. Y es ahí donde pensé en realizar esta publicación.

Most of us are always looking for balance in our lives. Financially, in health, in family relationships and also with our partners. After a Sunday workout, which we went to with the family, we set out to do balance exercises after our run. And that's where I thought of making this publication.
No soy de escribir mucho, pero Marcelo dice que todos podemos aportar valor con nuestros pensamientos, vivencias y opiniones. Por suerte lo tengo a él, que me ayuda con mis escritos y siempre me está corrigiendo. Es intenso 😃, pero sé que él quiere que salga de manera correcta.

Como verán en los GIF, no sale a la primera y siempre debemos tener a alguien, en quien sostenernos. En esta caso mi hijo @geronimo06, ya que el camarógrafo era Marcelo. No es inmediato los resultados y por cierto todavía no logro lo que busco, pero creo que la clave está en seguir intentando.

As you will see in the GIFs, it doesn't come out the first time and we must always have someone to hold on to. In this case my son @geronimo06, since the cameraman was Marcelo. En mi vida siempre estuve para todos e inclusive para los que no me precisaban. Pero soy así y me gusta ayudar, pero en ocasiones uno se frustra, cuando entrega todo y los resultados no se dan. Y es ahí cuando digo que por más que los resultados no acompañen, valió la pena intentarlo y por supuesto, valdrá más todavía si lo sigo intentando. Nunca será como nosotros lo queremos, pero debemos intentar equilibrar las cosas.

In my life I have always been there for everyone and even for those who did not need me. But I am like that and I like to help, but sometimes you get frustrated when you give everything and the results do not come. And that's when I say that even if the results don't come, it was worth trying and of course, it will be even more worth it if I keep trying. It will never be the way we want it, but we must try to balance things.
Cada día que nos levantamos, debemos pensar que todo saldrá como el universo/dios quiere, pero depende de la voluntad nuestra, hacer lo mejor que podemos para los resultados se den. Jugar con los chicos, divertirte con tu pareja o quizás con un desconocido, da igual. No perdamos el tiempo frustrados, por lo que no sucede, sino que festejemos lo que sí sucede y sigamos intentando.

Every day we wake up, we must think that everything will go as the universe/god wants, but it depends on our will, to do the best we can for the results to happen. Play with the kids, have fun with your partner or maybe with a stranger, it doesn't matter. Let's not waste time being frustrated by what doesn't happen, but let's celebrate what does happen and keep trying.
