Alright as we all know , the theme for this great week is effects of forgetfulness and I will like to appreciate all individuals, who will like to make a time to read and share in my blog.
I will like to give a clues on what forgetfulness is, OK base on my own impact of thinking and knowledge, forgetfulness is a natural phenomenon that occur and happen to individual or human beings, in general , we are meant to forget certain things as human because to me, nature is nature we cannot cheat it, but there are some certain factors that trigger forgetfulness and make it look as if it is hard and beyond control.
I precisely, do forget things so easily when I had a lot of thinking going through my mind, it escalate beyond control, so u see thinking a lot can crest room to forget certain important things, and that can cause problems, be it trust, commitment with our love ones or even family members.
Let me say what I forget most at times is key, sometimes I wonder why I will forget the key to the same door I locked inside the same room or misplaced it elsewhere, but that happen most time when a lot of thought going through me.
Forgetfulness on the other ways seems to have great advantage on the negative side than the positive side, because forgetting negative things that will downgrade you is a good one, but forgetting positive impact that will add value to your life tends to ruin positivity and will downgrade you success, for instance forgetting the time to go for a job interview, or even forgetting the place where an important office document is kept, we all know what will follows right, if second chance is not given, you will end up losing a job, so forgetfulness cause a lot of havoc to our life if carefulness is not taken to reduce the level of it.
As have say earlier, there are some factors that trigger forgetfulness, which are frustration, worried, anxiety and depression this factors mention can trigger forgetfulness and ruins important achieve value in human life.
Also the factors that can reduced the level of forgetfulness is maintaining a good personal hygiene, is an important criteria to follow, because eating heathy and nutritious diet will tend to shape and sharpen our brains and retain memory, it will go a long way, also frequent exercise is another thing, because it create room for heathy body balance.
Another important factors, I will considered is planning to write certain things down in a note , creat a note for stuff and things you always forget, it will go a long way to remind you of them.

Another thing today enhances our thinking faculty is exercise, make exercise part of your routines, eat healthy and watch out how it'll play. It's natural to forget but we can minimise the occurrence of such situations..
