Are you a nature lover? If so, how do you overcome stress, bad moods, and unhealthy lifestyles?
Yes I am a nature lover and I overcome stress by not thinking too much about the things that make me worry, needless to say, I have learned to turn away from things that have negative effects on me and I have also learned to tackle my problem head-on (when the problem is solved no more worries and no stress). I overcome a bad mood by simply doing something that enlightens my mood (sometimes I tend not to talk too much in order for me to control my temper because most of the time bad mood makes me temperamental). As of now, I think I got the upper hand against an unhealthy lifestyle by eating vegetables and drinking more water and keeping myself busy in my vegetable garden.
There is increasing proof that exposure to gardens (active and passive) has contributed to the psychological, emotional, and social health of people
It is a good thing that I have my own garden (almost the size of a basketball court beside our house).
Biophilic Creative™ was a pragmatic movement I founded months ago due to a personal frustration I had with the repeated negligence done to our natural environment which had negative consequences on our human health, conditions, and experiences. Hence,
I can only imagine how you are able to divide your time with Hive, Biophilic Creative™, your personal life, and traveling.
#Hive, there has never been a better time to nurture humanity with nature than today. Let us do this! Are you with me?
Count me tin (^_^)
This is again a comprehensive blog that teaches me a lot about the things that I have no knowledge of at all.
Greetings to you @afterglow. I'm truly glad that you are sincerely passionate about Mother Nature and that you believe in her true value, abundant provisions, and healing powers. I'm simply grateful to you for revealing your top tips in nurturing your health with practical solutions and natural remedies.
I firmly believe that you've made the right decision with building a massive garden beside your retirement abode. Aside from the serene atmosphere and health benefits derived from your direct exposure to its organic elements, you've also created a reliable farm as a food source for vegetables, plants, and other edible crops. Perhaps, it would be an excellent idea to share your findings, observations, and results based on the wonderful connection you have with your natural surroundings, most especially your favorite garden, and how it has largely improved your health, well-being, productivity, and lifestyle. You can develop a special coverage about Environmental Design or Biophilic Design in our beloved community by demonstrating an interesting publication (case study) for our avid followers. What are your thoughts on this?
Time is not an issue and is surely not stressful if you love what you're doing, isn't it? And this pretty much is the essence of how I manage my priorities in life. There are no intentional separations in the various activities you've mentioned as each of them is part of a holistic approach encompassing my interests, pursuits, and endeavors. Everything just flows smoothly. As the saying goes, time flies when you're having fun.
Thanks a lot for your constant support and for believing in my proposals, initiatives, and projects. You have no idea how much your patronage means to me. I really appreciate it! Have a healthy, productive, and safe week! 😊
This is a great idea. I will surely share my ideas soon.
Indeed, and this is also the case for me, whenever I am doing something on my vegetable garden time flies.
You're always welcome (^_^)
Excellent! I look forward to your interesting Case Study about your loving relationship with your beautiful garden, and the rest of Mother Nature. Have fun! 😊
