The town where I live is laid out on the plain, it's laid out like a tray. Curiously, close to its center is a rise, a small hill. The top of the hill, the highest place in the city, is occupied by an architectural and historical complex, in fact, an important institution of the country, the Patriarchate! The Patriarchate of Romania and the city is Bucharest, of course, the capital of the country!

Hi, Dan! @bluemoon I feel so bad for not making my way over here, especially as your posts are so stunning, illuminating the architecture makes them look so special. The glow absolutely lends forgiveness over the harsh reality of daylight.
You are a master at finding the beauty in your photography. Many of these are so professional, you should submit them somewhere, even travel places. I am serious. The woman had her space and privacy disrupted, but, I don't think she noticed, that is the important part.

You need to care for you. Your wife's brother? Too many passing of late. I can remember when my friends and I would be shocked if we knew somebody that passed away, at this time in our life, it no longer shocks us. That in itself is scary. Hello @bluemoon. How are you doing? I'd like to tell you first how incredibly impressive your night shots of Patriarchy Hill are! Those photos definitely have the Wow Factor. You've managed to capture their architectural glory plus their stunning lighting effects in the background of dark skies. Aside from that tragic event in your country's political history, that built environment is certainly an iconic testament for Bucharest.
What a nice place! Since I discovered orthodox buildings I found out they have an impressive and imponent style I really like.

This is not Moldovan wine, but it is a small symbol of my homeland, the history of which is closely related to the history of Romania. Even the architectural monuments of the two countries can be misleading, and you do not know where you are, in Romania, or in Moldova) !WINE
